Create a system that privately keeps track of everything you use that is asking for donations, particularly open-source software and other public goods.  I imagine a common API that logs how much you use it, by various measures.  This could work for music, too.

At the end of the year, say, you look over your log and distribute some money you've set aside (or have left over) to the various projects depending on how important they were for you.  The log helps you remember them.

It would fit into Legally enforced tithing.
