[oruzcqne] Gluing together snippets

Let many people submit snippets of their writing, not fully developed into a story.  Let other people, or perhaps a computer program, stitch some subset of submitted snippets together to a coherent story, possibly modifying them.

Of course, the snippets need to have permissive copyright licenses permitting derived works, e.g., Creative Commons with derivatives permitted.
