Create a loud electric instrument that is very portable, allowing its player to be mobile, an electric update to marching band instruments. The large part of the instrument will probably be the speaker which produces the sound. One possible shape: electric sousaphone.
Power, e.g., battery, will of course be an adventure. Human power like bagpipes?
