[rxfphfsr] Questions to reveal truth

The way an interrogator asks a question can very strongly affect the responder's answer, up to the extreme of an interrogator be able to make the answerer say anything, made famous in sleazy police interrogations and court proceedings.

How should questions avoid bias?  This can be discovered in experiments designed to reward getting the truth as opposed to the questioner's bias.
