Synthesize many images with randomly generated synthetic but realistic faces in fully automated fashion. The goal is to overload with false positives any automated bulk scanning of internet images that might be being carried out (or will be, soon) by intelligence agencies. (Similar in idea to appending the output of the Emacs spook function or other NSA bait text to your email.)
A useful subroutine might be to replace a real face in a picture with a synthetic one. Manual methods already exist (e.g., stunt doubles in the movie Titanic).
