A school or college calls upon its alumni not for donations, but for help in grading, course administration and design, and even instruction.
An added benefit that people out in the real world are directly affecting of the training of those in the real world. A perverse possibility that only the unemployed, those who have failed in the real world, will have the spare time to participate, though learning from others' mistakes could be valuable lessons.
On the other hand, perhaps industry could encourage such a practice?
