[zqwybtom] Graph layout to 3D printing

Patch Graphviz to lay out graphs in 3D, then 3D print them.

Spindly structures of thin edges might be very delicate.

If the material were transparent, one could print in inverse, then inject the hollow nodes and edges with dye.
