[sizmwarp] Signed QR codes

A potential useful application for Elliptic Curve Cryptography is signed QR codes.  Message length is at a premium, and cameras would struggle with the long signatures produced by 2048-bit RSA.

We still need a protocol of how to package and encode the signature with the message (maybe separate codes?), as well as the standard PKI problem of how do you know if you can trust the identity of the signature.
