[gbtmcsif] Glucose bullet, toxic air mattress

Some more outlandish scenarios inspired by CSI cop shows:

A man is shot.  The bullet entered the body, and there is no exit wound.  But no bullet can be found within the body.  The bullet was not made of ice (that was mythbusted), but instead out of pure crystallized glucose.  Upon entering the body, the glucose was quickly metabolized by the remnants of the victim's cellular respiration, and/or consumed by microorganisms.

Solid ATP?

A man buys an air mattress and sleeps on it.  Unbeknownst to him, a murderer sneaks in one day, deflates the mattress and reinflates it with poison gas, perhaps carbon monoxide.  Months later (long after the murderer has made his getaway), the air mattress inevitably develops a leak, poisoning the victim to death.
