[rqlhekbz] Inverse dictionary

You describe a term clumsily, perhaps by analogy, in a story, referencing songs, music, or video, and the computer searches for the term.  It is kind of an inverse dictionary, but the general AI problem is hard: the term sought may be a multi-word phrase that no one has ever used before but whose meaning would be obvious to a native speaker.  If no term can be found in one language, "search" (or synthesize) in other languages.

This subtle technology may change the world: people can talk about something when they have a name for it, and once they can talk about it, they can try to change it.

Of course, any technology that enables change is disruptive, and the status quo fears it.
