[nvpqbfvg] Measuring people in power

Legislators, leaders, civil servants -- generally, people with power -- should be aggressively tested with relevant examinations to measure their intelligence (in their field) and the results published.  (Some professions, e.g., medicine, already do this.)

Also analysts, commentators, etc., who try to convince you to listen to them and trust them. (Though it doesn't stop test-passers from deliberately trying to mislead you.)

Stupid people don't realize they are stupid.  This is a solution.

A tricky problem of creating relevant exams.
