[rcbwnodu] Hot cold cycle

While stress testing a CPU, I found that the Perl infinite loop caused a CPU to heat up slightly faster than "stress -c" or a C program running "x=cos(x)".

It took 3m 30s to heat up, and 2:30 to cool down.
