[fvwclqbw] Safe restaurant food

If one wanted to avoid contracting food-borne illness, etc., what kind of restaurant food should one order?  Are certain cuisines safer than others?

Here are some wild guesses.

Prefer foods for which the whole dish has been heated to very high temperature: deep fried, boiled.  No "fresh" products or garnishes, e.g., the spinach salmonella outbreak.

Prefer foods which require little handling, especially with hands, to plate.  No fancy restaurants where the chef has to expertly arrange everything on the plate with his or her hands.

Prefer foods not eaten with your hands, assuming you can get clean utensils.  If not, prefer foods eaten with your hands if you can clean your hands.

Some candidates: stir fried Chinese food.  Spaghetti and sauce (no parmesan cheese).  French fries
