Conventionally, we do not assign labels of good and evil to acts of nature. If we were to, what labels would nature get? Possibly a tough question, reflecting how there is a political component to how good and evil are construed: we don't know -- can't know -- the politics of nature.
This idle thought experiment may become more relevant as we discover how nature works, and especially how it works to influence human behavior. Microorganisms that can do mind control. Analyze the entirety of society game theoretically, and interpret people acting according to the incentives presented to them as natural, as nature in action.
