[jypgogxl] Pipe storage filesystem

Create a filesystem for which it is easy for modifications of one file to trigger actions, perhaps programs watching the file.  As a subset, have any "file" be able to act as a pipe.

All these things already exist, though they aren't the dominant mode by which filesystems are normally used.
