Create a computer software system, for example, a desktop environment, for which the most important design element is that it can be tested. Usability is second, and in particular, no "useful" features that are difficult to test are permitted.
One gets a few extra desirable features as side effects: scriptability, recording and playback of a session.
Motivation is, there ought to be a Debian level in between testing and stable, which I name "tested". Not as stable as stable, nor is it guaranteed the tests test everything, but it has passed all the known tests, including interactions between distant packages, which "testing" often misses.
