[qtoohiql] SL4A API for Scheme

SL4A Scheme (Jan 2012) does not implement the SL4A JSON API (issue 89).  However, it seems a fairly straightforward task to replicate the BeanScript implementation, calling Java from Scheme.

The lack might be telling about the popularity of the language, or about the popularity of the API.
