[vhyyrowy] Beer price depends on drunkenness test

Consider a bar which measures your level of inebriation and sets alcohol prices higher the more drunk you are.

Not entirely sure why a bar would have incentive to do such a thing, though perhaps regulation, or very drunk people are bad for business.

Still the problem of right of first sale, though a designated buyer could double as a designated driver.
