[xvczbbyg] Double elimination with handicapped final

A double elimination tournament with a final in which the winner "A" of the winners' bracket plays the winner "B" of the losers' bracket.  However, B is handicapped in the final by the margin of loss by which B was originally eliminated from the winners' bracket.  This especially makes perfect sense if A had eliminated B.

If each pairing is a best of N match, e.g., chess, and the match ends before all N games are played because one player has exceeded N/2 points, then we must extrapolate the result to N games to calculate a margin of victory.
