The British government unsuccessfully tried to censor Peter Wright's Spycatcher book. What measures have been put in place since then to prevent another book like that from ever being written? (Don't mess with pensions.)
Defeating these measures is of interest because the public has a right to know of the clandestine, often illegal, activities of its own government that it would never have to answer for if not for leaks.
