There is a hole in the market for orange juice made from frozen juice, but not from concentrate.
The inspiration is never-frozen not-from-concentrate juice (Tropicana, et al.) has its taste significantly doctored by additional orange-derived flavor: the flavor you taste is not from the oranges that contributed the color or pulp of the juice. This is kind of sketchy: it's orange-flavored drink.
Freezing non-concentrated orange juice allows selling the product not when oranges are in season. We skip the concentration step (with a cost penalty compared to frozen concentrate) to avoid altering the flavor.
