[extlboxu] Hiring a team

The employer seeks to hire productive employees.  But productivity depends a lot on team dynamics (supposedly).

So cabals of potential employees who know they have good team dynamics should hire themselves out together as a team.

We mostly don't see this happening, though it's kind of like outsourcing.

Slightly tricky if an individual joins two cabals, then one of the cabals gets hired full time, destroying the other one.
