Start with a font with adjustable parameters (multiple master fonts).  Then, displaying it on the screen, "randomly" adjust the parameters in an animated way.  Completely random would probably be annoying, but waves of change, like waves of grass, could be aesthetically pleasing.

Let the random number generator be cryptographically secure.  Then, the way the letters dance can't be easily forged.  You know the writing came from a specific person: a cryptographic signature, though somewhat awkward to verify.
