[dczhwrvw] Doing business with the rich

A business prefers to do business with the rich and takes steps to attract that clientele and exclude the poor.  The margins are higher.  They are less likely to be problem customers.

Unfortunately, this causes a widening gulf in society, in schism in cultural experience, with the rich and the poor living very different lives, instead of the poor merely doing "less" of what rich people do.

That business isn't knowingly causing harm, but it is.

Inspired by the radically different restaurants for the rich and for the poor: order take-out only through the bulletproof glass. These are the only restaurants you ever experience.
