[uoyxnwvt] Spray cough drop

Create cough medication of spray form. (Sore throat medication already exists.)  One way is to dissolve cough drops in water. Another is to simply create a menthol solution.  I have not tried either of these.

Decreased effectiveness for decreased choking hazard.
