[cdgsppsc] Yellow printer dots

Color printers print nearly invisible yellow dots to prevent privacy.  How effective at it are they?  We don't know: we can't know.

How often are they used in the prosecution of a crime?  We don't know because of plea bargains.  Have they been used in other situations?

Pass a law saying devices must clearly document hazards to anonymity.  Perhaps it will uncover other instances: Shoes? Tires? Ammonia Sulfite and Coca Cola and PepsiCo do show that negative labeling is effective towards inducing change.

Anonymous communication is good for society, as it promotes free speech.
