Create an app which allows people to practice problems from computer programming contests on their mobile device. It's a game, but a creative one.
Leverage already existing implementations for Python, Scheme, etc. A C interpreter probably wouldn't be too difficult; maybe it already exists.
An IDE would be nice.
Android only. No, you can't have this on iPhone, because Apple wants to squeeze money from "developers".
