Create an on-screen keyboard allowing typing using only a mouse. Following Fitts Law, most of the buttons are arranged along the edges and corners of the screen. Different letters may be typed from one on-screen button by left-click, right-click, double-clicks, arpeggios, etc., as well as drags from one button to another.
The keyboard trumps other UI uses of the edges of the screen.
The mouse can be set to very high acceleration.
This is pretty much guaranteed to cause carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive stress injuries.
Maybe a finger on a touch screen, though you lose differentiating left- and right-click.
