The Riemann Zeta function (or Riemann-Siegel Z function) might be a nice "rhythm" game in the style of Guitar Hero. Mash the button when the zeros pass by.
The zeros are roughly periodically spaced (and conjectured to alternate with local extrema), but to truly understand the exact spacing wins you a million dollars.
The spacing of the zeros gets denser over time, automatically making the game harder as you progress.
