[xbwruagg] Eulerian circuits on two-way roads

as a simple corollary to Euler's theorem, every road network in which all roads are two-way has an Euler cycle that travels on every road once in each direction.  perhaps practically useful for road inspection or tours of the scenery.

which circuit is best?  perhaps fewest sharp turns (including U turns), fewest left turns (assuming right-hand side driving).
