[mtjgaubw] Shapes with interiors

Assume a bounding box of a square.  What are some simple shapes that fill up a good portion of the interior?

Circle

Square

Triangle with base spanning with one side of the bounding square and tip on midpoint of opposite edge.

Letter D with flat edge spanning an edge, round arc on opposite edge

Isosceles right triangle with right angle at square corner.  Maybe convex rounded hypotenuse.

Playing with a square with different corners rounded: diagonally opposite corners, and round 3 out of 4.

Inspired by graphics replacing certain letters in (often) logo designs.  O is a popular letter to replace.  We do need an interior for there to be something to replace.
