[qunumxmi] Parity in a sport simulator

Given a team sport video game that can simulate the results of entire season, assign players to teams to maximize parity within the league: make teams as equal as possible to each other.

Perhaps maximize the number of games that are tied at the end regulation.  (Those games may then go into decisive overtime, depending on the sport.)

We could also try to have all teams finish with similar win-loss records.  This would allow cycles (e.g., X beats Y beats Z beats X) as another way to achieve parity.
