[tdxrfmgu] A269454

A few notes on OEIS A269454, safe primes not equal to -1 (mod 8).

5 is the only entry that is equal to 5 (mod 8).  All others are 3 (mod 8).  This is easy to prove: other than exceptions at the beginning, safe primes can only be 3 or 7 (mod 8).  Numbers whose remainder is 7 are excluded by definition.

These also appear to be the safe primes which have 2 is a primitive root, though this might rely on the unproven conjecture.
