[rtkostzs] Butterfly script

We improve upon this script inspired by runes.

First, a vertical stroke.  Each quadrant can additionally have nothing, a semicircular loop bounded by the top or bottom half of the vertical stroke, or a diagonal stroke emanating from the midpoint of the vertical stroke.  81 possibilities.  The one with 4 semicircular loops looks like a butterfly.  The one with 4 diagonal strokes looks like an X with a vertical bar through it or the Cyrillic character Zhe Ж (1046).

The following Latin characters are similar to characters within this script: P B b d K R I q.  None have stuff on both sides of the vertical bar.  That constraint would reduce the possibilities to 17.

Other possibilities: rotate by 90 degrees, display only one quadrant.  4 rotations of D; 8 rotations and reflections of an asymmetric V.
