To what extent can each of the luxuries you enjoy in your life be attributed to being on the positive side of a zero-sum game? Identify those zero-sum games.
Inspiration: a small number of nuclear armed states might be enough for them to force everyone else to remain not nuclear. Being nuclear-armed gives you leverage in international diplomacy. Who gets to be the nuclear-armed states and enjoy its spoils? This is a zero-sum game. (Not sure if the analysis of this particular example is correct: Neither India nor Pakistan seem to be enjoying very many international spoils.)
