[bwucpcou] Simultaneous Swiss

In each round, each player simultaneously plays against (say) 4 opponents.  (Each opponent is also simultaneously playing against 4 other opponents, not necessarily all in the same pool.)  Devise a method for the multiple results of each round to decide the simultaneous pairings of the next round.  probably some modification of Swiss, with multiple pairings in a round.

Original motivation was a radical restructuring of the Chess Olympiad with separated teams playing simultaneous consultation games.
