[tjxvzqjt] Computer playing for a draw

A computer chess program evaluates all possible moves from a given position (MultiPV), and randomly chooses one whose value is a draw or better (if the computer is winning), not necessarily the strongest move.  If the computer is losing, then it plays the strongest move.

This allows the computer to automatically scale its play level with that of its opponent.
