[kdgycpkh] Losses per rating gain

Among players whose chess Elo rating improved within a given time period, who had the most losses?  Or, the most losses per rating gain?  Of course, you cannot improve rating by losing, so these players also must have won a lot.  Players who win and lose a lot are interesting.

Is this statistic more interesting that simply counting who had the most decisive games, or proportion of decisive games in a time period?
