Create a structure that is difficult to destroy or move. Perhaps a giant solid cube, maybe pyramid, made out of reinforced concrete and well secured to a foundation.
The hypothetical scenario is one person is being forced to transfer a house to another person, so builds such a structure in it out of spite in the basement to decrease the value of the property in a concealed manner.
