Original goal is to aid creating fan-made episodes, synthesizing new dialogue. Especially intriguing is fan-made episodes of an animated show, so not needing the original actors or substitutes who look like them.
The process of specifying inflection to properly convey meaning may be as difficult as training a human voice actor.
