Record a piece of music, releasing the recording such that each track (each musical instrument) is separate. Use a ShareAlike copyright license similar to Creative Commons.
Similar, but not quite: add an additional legal requirement that anyone creating a derived musical work from the song must also release their recording with the tracks separated out. There are some devilish details.

What other forms of art have a "presentation form" different from a "work" form, often layered? Digital images; digital video editing.
