Cigarettes are quite highly taxed these days.  Has a black market for tobacco arisen to avoid taxation?  We would expect to see a rise in popularity of tobacco consumption mechanisms that are less complicated to do than manufacturing cigarettes, perhaps pipe smoking.

This may predict whether the black market for currently illegal drugs will continue if they are legalized but highly taxed.

However, becoming popular is homebrew alcohol, which would also be highly taxed if sold on open market.
