Use another medium, e.g., visual art, to clearly express a concept difficult to express in words.  Give prizes or other recognition to works which clearly demonstrates an especially large gap in language.

This is pretty tricky bordering on impossible: language is quite powerful and tends to quickly fill in gaps.

Inspired by the opposite, art which is so ambiguous that no one can be sure what it is saying.  Such art would not win these prizes.
