Let the screensaver be the official demo platform for software; we imagine packages in a Linux distribution. We imagine every library that computes something interesting rolls a corresponding screensaver demonstrating it. With random screensavers, the user gets to see all possible things which can be computed by available libraries. Furthermore, each screensaver serves as live example code on how to use the library.
