Would a computer mouse with buttons that are clicked with the thumb decrease the amount of CTS RSI? The idea is that the thumb is stronger so can handle more abuse.
Why isn't RSI ridiculously prevalent among musicians playing musical instruments? Perhaps selection bias: those who would suffer from it quit the career early. Or perhaps not even the most dedicated musician plays as much as a office worker mousing hours a day, every day.
