[qmtgexxj] Stalemate with no moves into check

The following chess FEN position

8/8/8/8/6k1/5pP1/5PRB/6BK w - - 0 1

is stalemate even if it were legal for a king to move into check.  Flawed in that it has two bishops of the same color and appears impossible to achieve from the initial position (no proof game).
