A terrorist rehearses getting plastic explosive past airport security bomb detector equipment, substituting for rehearsal cheap and non-suspicious peanut butter for explosive and a confederate with a severe peanut allergy, also non-suspicious, for the detector.  (Anti-allergy medication is kept on hand, in case of a unsuccessful rehearsal run.)  Reports are that the allergy is amazingly sensitive, able to trigger minor symptoms at vanishingly minuscule quantities.  Swab, swab, swab, "here lick this".

We must ban allergies, or else the terrorists will win.
