[ihctsctf] Modest dress and rape

Speculate that rapists are targeting people not by how hot they look, but by a more rational calculation of who they can rape and get away with it.

What in a victim defines whether a rapist can get away with it?  Presumably shame in sexuality, causing the victim to be unwilling to speak up or press charges.

What externally visible characteristics in a person signify they are ashamed about sexuality?  Ironically, modest dress might be a greater rape magnet than "slutty" dress.

Realistically, this effect is probably completely drowned out by heavy drinking, which the attacker can easily observe.
