There are some who choose a life of crime, which is a shame because their skills could be better applied elsewhere.
There are others who are forced into a life of crime because they have no other opportunities, arguably a flaw in society.
There is a gray area in between.
How should the justice system treat each kind of criminal? Should it distinguish despite the same crime being committed?
