[gtecpoqa] Half-height bedrooms

Divide a bedroom into two vertically, yielding two cramped bedrooms each with maybe a 3 foot ceiling.  It's kind of like a bunk bed, but with more privacy: you get a whole room to yourself, including the whole floor space.

There could be more cleverness in the division yielding partial sections of the room which are full-height for each bedroom, perhaps for placing tall items.
